And a taste of Europe for good measure. My daughter and I shared bites of our tarts and going from sweet French pastry to American cheese cake and back again is heavenly... The American cheese cake is saltier and earthier than the French tart, and the flavor is even more delicious after a sweet French bite. I never spent much time in hotels in London and New York, but here in HK, the Mandarin is absolutely my favorite place to eat and drink.
