The Hong Kong Adventist Hospital Foundation

Hong Kong model Janet Ma and daughter Kayla

House of Kamal Hope Bracelet

This post is about fashion and charity, a perfect combination if you ask me. I learned about The Hong Kong Adventist Hospital Foundation (http://www.hkahf.org.hk/) from a school friend, and it has instantly become a favorite charity. There are few things worse in life than children who are severely ill,  and it is even worse when those children do not have access to the urgent and delicate care they need. The Hong Kong Adventist Hospital Foundation makes it possible for such children to be helped and to go on and lead full lives back at home with their mums and dads. You can help the Foundation by donating of course, and for girls who love fashion everywhere, jewelry designer Janne Poulsen of House of Kamal has designed a gorgeous silver and pink Hope bracelet, which you can buy for HKD$750 through the Foundation's website (http://www.hkahf.org.hk/).

As an expat here in Hong Kong it is a lovely way to give a little bit back to the city I have so much loved living in for the last five years. Buy one for yourself, for your daughters, and for friends, and let everyone know what it is for...
xx Dianne
